Both myself and Matt thought it was absolutely time we did a challenge together!
We have helped each other for a decade to be the best we can be and we now want to help you guys do the same. Aimed at couples and individuals alike and available for heavenly bodies gym members and online worldwide - join the Body Recomp Revolution!

Our ethos: We want you to change your body composition for the better by shifting the focus to strength, building muscle, mind blowing workouts and teamwork and sustainable tailored nutrition so that you can become your strongest, fittest and most motivated self this year!

It was our January challenge and an experiment- but the body recomp has become so much more! With Matt's Army PTI background and my years of one to one coaching we work together as bad and good cop to make sure no stone is left unturned! Doing this challenge together has been incredible and we can't wait to help transform more lives for the better this year!

After the success of the January Recomp we are back with two more mind blowing challenges in 2022 and we can not wait to see you all in May!

‘Along with Matt and Kate the team spirit on this challenge has been the best.  The team kept me going, inspired and pushed me to achieve way more than I could on my own and I’m so grateful to have some new friends to continue training with in the future. 

Kates knowledge of nutrition is off the scale.  I’ve learned to love my food and use it to fuel my workouts, grow muscle and get strong rather than starve myself.  I’m eating more now than I ever have. Matt set some insane workouts but I got through them.  He’s shown me that growth comes from outside where you are comfortable.  It’s shown me that I can do way more than my own mind believes is possible.

I’m probably the fittest I’ve ever been and aesthetically look the best too.  But more than that the challenge has given me back my confidence (and then some) in myself to go into the rest of the year, both in and out of fitness, with the belief and knowledge that I can achieve way more than I can imagine right now and I will be forever grateful to Matt, Kate and all the team for that.  I cannot wait for the next challenge in May! – Louise, January Body Re-comp Winner
