How do you measure progress?

Your weight does not define you or your fitness journey! So let’s say goodbye to a goal weight being the major driving force behind what we do, as this, in my experience, is a flawed attitude which can fall down in so many ways ie. what happens when that ‘goal weight is achieved’ and do the scales always show up changes in body composition? We are worth so much more than what the scales say, it's all about making it a lifestyle!

Instead of obsessing about what the scales say lets think more about the following:

It makes me so proud to see so many of my coaching clients changing their whole attitude towards their health and fitness. This is not a quick fix. It isn t a case of 6 or 12 weeks coaching to weigh X amount. It’s about us working together to set the tools in place for you to continue to fly long term and understand that balance through all areas of your journey will be the key to long term success and never ending fitness mojo.

Celebrate how far you have come in EVERY way, and celebrate all markers of progress!
