My name is Kate Linsell and I am a Body Transformation Specialist, WBFF Pro Fitness Model and Pole Athlete, with over 14 years coaching experience as a gym owner, personal trainer, pole instructor and flexibility coach.

I am a mum to my beautiful daughter Lexi who is 12 years old and therefore I understand the demands of juggling a busy work life, being the best parent you can be alongside trying to thrive in your own health and fitness journey & fulfilling your own goals and dreams. Being healthy, strong, motivated and happy, will reflect in every aspect of your life and I want to show you how this can become a lifestyle that you adore and never want to give up! 

I feel so strongly that you can achieve anything in your life with a little self-belief and the right support system behind you. As a coach I want to help support you on your own personal journey, whatever your goals may be. I want you to become the strongest ever YOU, mentally and physically so you can take on the world and achieve everything you are capable of. I want you to grow in every way possible and develop a healthy positive attitude towards nutrition and training that will continue long after your coaching plan.
